When you use the AI Campaign Analyst, aggregated campaign performance data is shared with the AI provider

4.2 Payment Processors

Billing information is shared with Stripe and/or Lemon Squeezy for payment processing. These providers have

their own privacy policies governing their handling of your data.

4.3 Meta Platforms

Campaign creation and management data is transmitted to Meta through the Meta Marketing API to create,

modify, and manage your advertising campaigns. This is the core function of the Service.

4.4 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or if

we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

4.5 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be

transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify you of any such change.
